The world of work is changing as fast as the mobile devices and social software that employees, and consumers, use every day. While today's IT leaders are increasingly seen as key to guiding their organizations through these rapidly emerging workplace changes, other parts of the organizing aren't waiting. Not only are millennials flooding the workforce with an aversion to email, but the very products a company produces and the way it produces and distributes them is shifting faster than at any time since the industrial age. Join our keynote speaker for an in-depth and strategic look at where we are and where we’re going on the technological, demographic and business fronts that will take us to a place many have not yet envisioned by the end of the decade. This session will conclude with actionable strategies that can help IT leaders better drive the changes needed to sustainably transform the workplace for tomorrow's technology landscape.

Your business must be on – relevant, participatory, connected, engaged and insight-driven. In this session, you’ll learn how to harness the power of these connected experiences to create new standards for innovation, agility, service and impact.

What are the benefits to your organization to social collaboration? How can you identify the areas where the culture is ready, if not poised, to jump on a social opportunity? This peer-based workshop, led by a social collaboration expert, will bring great minds together to identify how and where to introduce or advance social collaboration in your enterprise. Whether that’s in marketing, sales or engineering, you’ll learn how to socialize the concept and prepare stakeholders for change while making the business case to the executive suite.

3:45pm 4:45pm Keynote: Making Change Happen
Stan Slap, Corporate Strategist to the World’s Smartest Companies

Who is going to decide the success of any strategy or goal in your organization? If you’re running the organization, start by crossing yourself right off the list. Your employee culture has the first vote: if the culture wants something to happen it will; if it doesn’t, it won’t. Uh-oh: We’re not just talking about a bunch of employees. When they form a relationship with a company and become a culture, your employees are far more self-protective, far more intelligent and far more resistant to standard methods of corporate influence. Good news: Your employee culture will give you anything you want but you have to know what it wants first. Understanding what it wants is the difference between defiance and compliance. Stan Slap’s keynote presentation will talk about what it wants most from you.
